After the visit of Mr. Adriano Paço, who is he technical delegate for the next European University Beach Volleyball Championship, the organizing committee of the University Sports Association of the Primorska region is awaiting two very important techincal inspections visits in the first half of December.

The first one will be the visit of Mr. Attila Marosvari, the technical delegate for the first European Universities Waterpolo Championship, which will be hosted by Koper at the end of July next year.  Mr. Marosvari is coming from a country that is one of the world super-powers in water polo and he will visit the the main EUC swimming pool in Žusterna, the new Olympic pool at the Bonifka sport-recreational centre and all the other venues of the EUC Waterpolo 2019.

In the same period we are also expecting a visit by Mr. Besim Aliti, who is the head of the Sports Department and manager at the European University Sports Association EUSA. He will also have a good look at all sports, protocolar and accommodation facilities offered by the city of Koper. It is likely that this visit will also be discussed the potential candidacy of Koper for the European Youth Olympic Games in 2023. In 2003, the beautiful municipality of Bled hosted the winter version of the festival, while the summer edition was not yet ever held in Slovenia.
