A month and a half before the start of the EUC Water Polo Koper 2019 the amount of work is increasing and the news are increasing, too. The venue for the opening ceremony and for the competition of the EUC was changed and we would like to remind everybody about the deadlines for the travel plan and fro the individual entries.

The first news is that the main venue for the EUC Water Polo Koper 2019 was changed from the summer swimming pool in Žusterna to the new City Olympic swimming pool Bonifka. And before the competition start, the European Universities Championship official opening ceremony will be hold there too. The reason for the change was partially because of climatic reasons and partially because of practical logistic reasons expressed by the organs of the Municipality of Koper, which is an important partner in the event. With that decision we will avoid potential troubles caused by bad weather and we will get all the shadow that we need. And last - the temperature inside the new object will be fixed at 27 °C, which is almost perfect, especially for the end of July.

We would also like to remind everybody about the deadlines for the travel plan and for the individual entries. Both the deadlines are fixed on June 15. Don’t miss it!
